Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are typically delivered in around 5-10 working days, depending on your location and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Prices shown are all inclusive.

How do I track my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. Once the order is ready for dispatch, the tracking information will be sent to your email.

What will happen if tracking details show a product delivered but the customer has not received it?

It would be a rare case as the product is usually received by family members, neighbours, security guards or delivered to the office mail room in your absence.

If you get notification of delivery of the order and have not received the product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After the aforementioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action and we will not be liable for any losses. 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and mobile number is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters or carrier delays.
