Cancellation and Refund

• Order once placed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with scissors or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unboxing video and the images of the courier cover.
• We conduct multiple quality checks and hence it is unlikely that you will receive a defective or faulty item. However, if the received product has a manufacturing defect or if the product is different from what was ordered, you can return the item to receive a replacement or refund (at no cost to you as we will arrange the courier pickup from you). You can request for return via email within 3 days of delivery (including day of delivery) with the supporting proof.
You will need to provide the following proof :
- if the received product has a manufacturing defect, please send us unboxing video or pictures of the defective product along with images of the original packaging. Please mention details of order and nature of issues.
- In case the product or size is different from what was ordered, the images of the product received along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
• If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage to packaging in the remark. Please ensure that you send an unboxing video and images in case there is damage to the product. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
• Upon receipt of the returned product with manufacturing defect, after verification, if you are found eligible for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48-72 hours.
• If you are eligible for a replacement, the product will be replaced to you within 10-15 days.
• There will be no refund or exchange if size or design of the product received is as per the order made by the customer.
• The products to be returned must be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit.
• Also, note that the T-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages and ads. Returns and refunds and exchanges are not possible if there is only a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
• On our verification, if it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for replacement or refunding the amounts paid to you.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.
• Return requests will only be processed once per order.
• Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
• Any product on sale or with a discount code or any other offer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or a different product/size is received.
• Exchange request should be done within 3 days after receiving the products we will provide you exchanged product within 10-15 business days.
